My hometown of Adelaide is on the doorstep to more than half of Australia's premium wines. SA has accolades for premium spirits including our green ant (bushtucker) gin and local beers like our gaytime stout. James, your guide will take you on a journey that will have your tastebuds dancing and pallet giddy. We offer a unique and fun scientific approach to our tours, where you will learn about the Terra Rosa, the craft and the management of our beautiful environment. Enjoy a day out in the fresh air sipping on our regions finest offerings. Our tour starts and finishes at your location and we love what we do so much that your time with us will be one of your favorite memories.

 

James has been making connections with the producers and winemakers for nearly twenty years. Many of his favorite small batch wineries have since become legendary scoring the most James Halliday points across their range of wines and earning them the coveted title of Australia's winery of the year. Another won Wine Maker of the Year and best up and comer. Your host knows his wine and these were his fovrites years before Halliday discovered their beauty. James has university degrees in science and business and a wealth of knowledge of alcohol production in picturesque South Australia. We have more than a decades experience of touring our premium wineries. We have expertise in wine, viticulture, distillery and micro-breweries. Having travelled the world's most renown wine regions, breweries and distilleries we share kmowledge on your guided tour as desired. Short of being a sommelier, James can explain the science and art behind a great drop, so come and enjoy!
